Roger Narboni
Roger Narboni A world-renowned French lighting designer, visual artist, electronical engineer and director of CONCEPTO (Paris, France). In 1987, he launched a new discipline called Light Urbanism and has implemented more than 120 lighting master plans in France and abroad. He created recently the “Dark infrastructure” strategy, a new method to limit the light pollution and to preserve nocturnal biodiversity in urban environment. He is an author of many known books and science-fiction novels. Since 10 years, he has developed prospective researches and creative studies on the topic of the future of urban lighting. Among his last projects are the lightings of Ceramic Museum in Sèvres (France), the Grand Canal’s nightscapes in Hangzhou and the Inner Rivers’ nightscape in Dujiangyan (both in China and UNESCO world heritage sites), and the new urban lighting for Shanghai Huangpu River’s right bank (21 km long)

Jason Bruges
Jason Bruges Jason Bruges is a multi-disciplinary artist and designer based in London. His work blends architecture with interaction design and uses a high-tech, mixed media palette to explore spectacle, time-based interventions and dynamic spatial experiences. Jason trained as an architect at the Bartlett School of Architecture, (UCL), before working with Foster + Partners for three years and Imagination as a Senior Interaction Designer. In 2002, Jason set up his own practice and now works with a talented team of people to develop and deliver interactive projects worldwide. He is passionate about creating site-specific pieces that engage people with their environments. The studio has recently finished working on a number of high profile projects including an epic, site specific light installation based in the main nave of York Minster, a multi sensorial permanent artwork at Le Grand Musée du Parfum in Paris and an immersive installation in Denmark that represents the 12 million migratory birds and their unique landscape

She works as a "Creative Technologist" who explores and designs how creative computing can enable new forms of Interactivity and Physical Computing between digital media and human beings, in particular how Engineerings meet Arts. ESIC's work aims to design the embedded system, digital media technologies and interactive software for art event, museum, exhibition, stage performance and dramatization, using the digital technologies and hardware-software co-design in the form of electronic signals, basic circuit, sensors, micro-controllers and Human Computer Interaction. She worked as a visiting researcher on LEGO Mindstorms project at the Media LAB, MIT to create the playful and tangible technology for Kids, then continued her research in Information and Communication System at Technical University Hamburg-Harburg, Germany. She got a Doctorate degree in Computer Engineering, focused on Digital Media and Computing Technologies from Faculty of Computer and Mathematics, University of Bremen, Germany

He guides and mentors the project teams towards successful delivery of each project by drawing on his 25 years experience in visual production and live performance industries, developing and implementing worldwide multimedia programme and interactive installations for the urban environment, exhibitions, theatres, concert halls and interiors — The Royal Academy of Arts, Victoria and Albert Museum, show of world-famous bands like Massive Attack etc. He is an experimenter and pioneer of new technological, audio and visual possibilities for projects in the field of architecture, interaction and lighting design

He has curated more than twenty major exhibitions in Russia and abroad, including “SOFT CONTROL: Art, Science and the Technological Unconscious” as part of the Maribor – European Capital of Culture 2012. He is the author of many books and anthologies, including BioMediale. Contemporary Society and Genomic Culture (Kaliningrad, 2004), Evolution Haute Couture: Art and Science in the Post-Biological Age (Kaliningrad, 1 vol., 2009; 2 vol., 2013). He is a two-time winner of the National Innovation Award for contemporary arts (2008 and 2013) and a Golden Nica nominee from Prix Ars Electronica (Austria, 2014) in the category Visionary Pioneers of Media Art. Since 1998 Bulatov is the curator at the Baltic Branch of the National Centre for Contemporary Arts (Russia)

Pia Tikka Adjunct Professor of New Narrative Media, professional filmmaker and CEO of production company Oblomovies. She has written the book "Enactive Cinema: Simulatorium Eisensteinense " (2008) and has been awarded with Möbius Prix Nordic prize of interactive storytelling with her Enactive Cinema project "Obsession" (2005) premiered in the Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma (Helsinki) 2005 and internationally in ISEA 2006 & Zero One (San Jose, CA). She is co-author of interactive film-game "Third Woman", exhibited in Thessaloniki Biennale (2009), Digital Art Weeks in the Great Hall Xian Academy of Fine Arts (2010), and Galapagos Art Space in Brooklyn, NY (2011). She has written and directed feature films the Daughters of Yemanjá (Brazil-Finland 1996), Sand Bride (Finland 1998), with her next film "Maiden of Dusk" in development. She is a creative team member in a range of international film productions. A Fellow of Life in the Society for Cognitive Studies of the Moving Image, currently, her research group NeuroCine applies neuroimaging methods to study the brain basis of cinema and narratives
